Congratulations to Nina, Sally and Emma who competed in the Conwy Half Marathon on Sunday. Organised by Run Wales, the race started and finished in front of the magnificent Conwy Castle, as well as taking in Llandudno and the road round the Great Orme.
Sally and Nina battled it out along a tough course with Sally just coming out ahead, both finishing in 1 hour 31 mins. Meanwhile Emma showed that her hard work and dedication to following her bespoke training schedule from Castle Coaching Fitness was time well spent as she completed her first Conwy half marathon. Three excellent performances from the ladies and we did hear a rumour that at least one of them has already signed up for the 2017 race! #thisgirlcan
