Keep your Training on Track
with a tailored training programmeAre you someone that started out running full of enthuasiasm but now feel like you have lost that spark? Maybe you’re bored of going out for the same run every day or you just can’t find the motivation to go out any more? Or it could be that your life is so busy that you struggle to fit in a run and when you do get time you don’t know what to do for the best to make it count.
Believe me you’re not alone. A training programme designed just for you and to fit into your lifestyle can be a great way to add structure to your running, provide direction to your training and help to keep you on track.
Whatever your reasons coach Chris will work with you to design a training programme that works for you to get the most out of your running, whether that is to maintain a healthy lifestyle or to work towards a specific goal.
Get more from your running
with one to one coaching sessionsEveryone spends so much time in the online world these days, but isn’t there something nice about doing things in person? No youtube videos or Zoom calls, just you and your coach working together on your running. Doesn’t that sound good?
Book a one to one session with Coach Chris and you can work together to improve your running. You may want to have a session on running technique, work on your speed, incorporate some speed/endurance into your training or work on some strength and conditioning.
Expand your knowledge
with our workshops and webinarsAre you a club or group looking to know more about a particular topic? If so then you might benefit from one of our workshops or webinars.
Coach Chris will work with you to identify the areas of interest. He will then deliver either a bitesize or a full workshop. Alternatively there is the option for the content to be offered as a webinar.
Group Sessions
for runners and clubsYou may be a group of people who are all working towards the same goal, for example aiming to do your first half marathon.
Alternatively, you may be part of a club that would like a visit to work with your coaches and runners.
Or perhaps you have Run Leaders that you would like to offer some CPD to, so that they can gain new ideas and skills when leading a runners in one of your sessions
For all of these, Coach Chris is on hand to offer his wealth of experience as a UKA level 4 coach and tutor.
