Have you ever looked at training programmes in magazines or online and felt that they weren’t right for you?  Then why not have one of our bespoke training programmes, which are tailored around your needs and lifestyle?  Whether you want to improve your Park Run speed or have a specific event you are working towards we can help.

Initial consultation

Our coach Chris Hollinshead will arrange an initial meeting with you either in person or by telephone to discuss your aims, your current activity and training history.

Training Schedule

Based on the initial consultation your programme will be devised around your needs and targets and will be specific to you

Keeping in contact

During the course of the programme you can contact our coach by email to update him on your progress or to request any tweaks to the programme, as circumstances may mean that changes need to be made during the 10 weeks.


£70 – this includes the initial consultation, 10 week programme and email support
